Dukes Review: S5E18 “Witness: Jesse Duke”

K&F Show Summary:

Fun: Fun: Alex Trebek passed away last weekend and Sean Connery passed the week before. So….we did what needed to be done most, an SNL Celebrity Jeopardy throw-down!

Dukes Review: The last Coy and Vance episode is finally here. Oh, how I have waited for this day! Now, this isn’t a bad episode. In fact this episode has a number of themes that really set the stage for what the Dukes is all about. Self reliance, chivalry, open prayer, putting others needs ahead of your own, and jumping cars. And while I didn’t love Coy and Vance, I did like Byron Cherry and Chris Mayer. They were nice guys in an impossible situation. A situation that is about to end! (Vance never should have said the General was theirs. I never forgave him for that one.)

Season 5 Episode 18
Witness: Jesse Duke
Written by Bruce Howard
Directed by Hollingsworth Morse
Original Airdate: 2/18/1983
