Feature Review: Christmas Comes to Willow Creek
At long last, and after multiple thoughtful, then insisting, then kinda nagging, followed by one semi-angry request, we have bowed to the request of the masses and reviewed the 1987 made-for-TV movie “Christmas Comes to Willow Creek.” It’s the best Christmas movie ever featuring Bo and Luke Duke. Only they’re not supposed to be Bo and Luke, even thought they’re played by Tom Wopat and John Schneider. And they’re not named Bo and Luke, but I can’t remember what they are named here – so lets just stick with Bo and Luke. And frankly….it’s not that great of a movie. But hey, it’s Bo and Luke on screen together! Anyway, here’s the summary. Bo and Luke are night and day different and are brothers (not cousins). Bo steals Luke’s girlfriend, marries her, gets her pregnant, then wants nothing to do with fatherhood or being an adult. Luke is an adult and responsible for everything in the universe and everyone in it. And they both work at the same place for the same guy driving semi trucks. Their boss is guy is played by a country music singer, but his character needs to send a truckload of presents to his broke home-town in Alaska that desperately needs something to go right, just in time for Christmas. Bo’s baby is born along the way, delivered by a mysterious shepherd in a snowstorm on Christmas Eve. The shepherd turns out to be an angel. It all works out in the end and Bo starts a chili company. The end.

Dream Board Update: Goals to Accomplish Before Episode 200
1. Get Diet Coke to Sponsor us….or just Kibbe. FAILED
2. Be characters in the Disney/Pixar movie, Cars 3. Finnegan is the General. Kibbe…is wishing he was the General. FAILED.
3. Syndicate the show onto TV and radio, having awesome guests in studio, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. on regularly to be our best friend.
4. Get John Schneider himself on the show with us. Pray to God he actually likes us and isn’t freaked out. FAILED
5. Blow up the podcast so that it becomes a regular weekly show, interviewing celebrities, and actually providing a living for us capable of allowing us to race cars anytime we want plus let our wives get the shoes they like.
6. Get our own studio.
7. We each get a General Lee (real car – not a toy). Kibbe has one!
8. Get a Voiceover Guy to announce the segments.
9. Jump a car together. Kibbe wants to go 30-feet vertical.
10. Make a Dream GL that is based off of a 1973 NASCAR Charger (like the 1/16th scale AMT model)
11. Kibbe needs a new wallet to replace his “George Costanza”.
12. Mike to get a new truck for legit towing. DONE!
