If you click the “Download” link at the top of this post you’ll be able to stream it on your phone directly. You can also pull the RSS feed as well.
If you like the show…for the love of all that’s holy, share it with your buddies and tag your favorite companies on Instagram with #SponsorKibbeandFinnegan! It may be a lame, but we’re not above it.
We’ll be adding in a live show stream in the future – so be sure to follow us online for notice of when that will be happening. Look for this show to publish twice monthly here (or maybe even MORE often), in iTunes, and on Finnegan’s YouTube channel! Have a question for the show? Just hit is up:

Dukes of Hazzard S2 E13: Duke of Duke
K&F Show Summary:
So, the primary phrase to remember before we go further regarding in this episode is that “it’s not incest.” OK? OK. So, a non-blood related 3rd cousin of the Dukes named Gaylord Duke comes to Hazzard to claim his inheritance on a chunk of land left to him by an old uncle. He’s an actual Duke too, making him Duke Gaylord Duke…which for some reason makes Daisy hear wedding bells and melt like Molly Ringwald over Jake in 16 Candles whenever she sees him. Again, not incest. Long story short, Boss wants the land himself to sell for a huge profit but the Dukes help Gaylord until they learn he’s actually a con-man. The General gets dusted by a Jaguar…then later schools the Jag to put the universe back into balance. Again, not incest. Hijinks ensue.

Corndog’s Super Insider Analysis:
I watched the episode again this evening, hoping to find some kind of interesting information, but I really didn’t find much. The cars ranged from being poorly built… where vinyl top trim, wheel open moldings, and back up lights were painted over…. to a really nice car that is seen for close up shots on the square. As I mentioned in a text earlier… even as a kid, I found it disturbing that Daisy was falling head over heels for a supposed cousin… knowing good and well that he was a cousin… and all of the other Dukes were perfectly alright with it!! Creepy! I also never liked the fact that they writers made it out like the little XKE Jag would blister the General Lee at any given time… but at the end of the episode, Daisy can drive the General and clearly catch him.
I listened to the podcast Episode 23 and you mentioned that John Schneider said there was only one Caddy used for the series. THIS IS WRONG! Actually, at any given time, there are always at least two of each car on hand… sometimes more. Here is a picture, and I wish it was better quality, but you can see two 1970 Cadillac Devilles in the center of the photo. With multiple cars, the first unit crew (actors) can film a scene with a car at one location… while at the same time, the 2nd unit crew (stunt) can film a scene with another car at a different location… and neither crew is waiting for the other to finish using a car. The actor’s memory tend to be a little fuzzy and they usually get details mixed up. I don’t know why this is. Anyways… about the Caddy… I do not remember what episode it was, but you can see it in one episode of MacGyver. He opens the trunk and you can clearly see all of the original greenish-copper colored paint.
Dream Board Update: Goals to Accomplish Before Episode 200
1. Get Diet Coke to Sponsor us….or just Kibbe.
2. Be characters in the Disney/Pixar movie, Cars 3. Finnegan is the General. Kibbe…is wishing he was the General.
3. Syndicate the show onto TV and radio, having awesome guests in studio, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. on regularly to be our best friend.
4. Get John Schneider himself on the show with us. Pray to God he actually likes us and isn’t freaked out.
5. Blow up the podcast so that it becomes a regular weekly show, interviewing celebrities, and actually providing a living for us capable of allowing us to race cars anytime we want plus let our wives get the shoes they like.
6. Get our own studio.
7. We each get a General Lee (real car – not a toy).
8. Get a Voiceover Guy to announce the segments.
9. Jump a car together. Kibbe wants to go 30-feet vertical.
10. Make a Dream GL that is based off of a 1973 NASCAR Charger (like the 1/16th scale AMT model)
11. Kibbe needs a new wallet to replace his “George Costanza”.
Mike to get a new truck for legit towing. DONE!
