Kibbe and Friends

Welcome to the official Kibbe and Friends Show with myself, Justin “Corndog” Cornette, and Show Producer Bernie McPartland! With this show we’re basically setting up the Boars Nets for the entire automotive media world to swing through for a couple watered down beers, stale popcorn, and fantastic waitresses. You can find every episode here on The MuscleCar Place as well as iTunes, Stitcher, iHeart Radio, and Google Play. From time to time we’ll also be posting video clips and full shows to The Kibbe and Friends YouTube channel.  If you click the “Download” link at the top of this post you’ll be able to stream it on your phone directly. Presented with Holley!

Cornette ’66 Charger

This is it! Justin Cornette’s black ’66 “Moonrunner” Charger is back on the road, complete with a Holley Sniper Stealth 4150 EFI system and Hyperspark (timing control) ignition. Listen in for the full details on how this high-lift-cam small block MOPAR reacted to it. Starting is now instant and Learn Mode is in full effect (Justin used the “Race” mode calibration on the EFI handheld). This car used to hate idling in traffic.  No longer!

There’s also a full update on the Silversport A41 (Stage II) Automatic with bluetooth shift control as well. Justin’s car has a 3.73 rear gear and the small block used to scream at highway speeds. Now….all better!

Dukes Review: S6E04 “Brotherly Love”

K&F Show Summary:

Dukes Review: It’s the oldest story ever told. A random long lost relative shows up at the door, wants to show you the birthmark on his private area as proof, demands you help him escape from murderers, and then leaves at the end with a clear conscience. I’ve heard it a thousand times. And on this show, just like Jeb Stuart Duke, Coy Duke, and Vance Duke, Jud Duke will never be mentioned again. The General Lee is barely in this episode at all. Boss Hogg and Rosco end up fighting on the side of the Dukes again at the end. John Schneider rides a car roof though and does some seriously good underwater stunts….and for that we’ll upgrade it to 7 Corndogs.

Season 6 Episode 4
“Brotherly Love”
Written by Martin Roth
Supervising Producer Robert Jacks
Produced By Myles Wilder and Ralph Riskin
Created By Gy Waldron
Directed by Michael Caffey
