Welcome to the official Kibbe and Friends Show with myself, Justin “Corndog” Cornette, and Show Producer Bernie McPartland! With this show we’re basically setting up the Boars Nest for the entire automotive media world to swing through for a couple watered down beers, stale popcorn, and fantastic waitresses. You can find every episode here on The MuscleCar Place as well as iTunes, Stitcher, iHeart Radio, and Google Play. From time to time we’ll also be posting video clips and full shows to The Kibbe and Friends YouTube channel. If you click the “Download” link at the top of this post you’ll be able to stream it on your phone directly. You can also pull the RSS feed as well.

Presented with Holley!
For some reason, this show and Holley go together like tires and smoke – a perfect fit! Check out the description below from listener Check Davis about his recent upgrade on his ’67 Mustang:
“I installed this in my 1967 Mustang along with the in-tank fuel pump 12-305. Since the pump has an internal regulator, I was able to avoid running a return line. The install was pretty simple and fired right up. The winter weather has kept me from driving it too much yet, but after the first 100 miles I am very impressed. The low and mid range throttle response is dramatically better than the old carburetor. I’m running it without timing control for now, but might get a different distributor later to have that control as well. BTW-Holley: I purchased this after hearing about it on the Kibbe and Friends Podcast.” – Chuck Davis

Dukes Review: S7E04
“Robot P. Coltrane”
K&F Show Summary:
Dukes Review: Compared to this episode, the last episode that I gave -4 Corndogs to….was pretty good. This episode…..is the new lowest point of the Dukes of Hazzard (until we get to the episode with the short alien). Much like the American automotive industry, this episode is another example of great innovation and horrible execution.
Here’s the summary: A smack talking robot that looks like a dude in a cardboard robot costume your 4 year old would make comes to Hazzard, has a southern slang name, and becomes the new Sheriff of Hazzard.
Once again, the Dukes of Hazzard sets a future trend – which in this case is technology automating the role of the working man – but that won’t help you to avoid thinking about how much you hate what has become of your favorite TV show ever. But, if I’m honest, I can’t hate this episode….because it’s so laughably terrible. They know it. We know it. And they know that we know it. -10 Corndogs
