The Nitty Gritty:
Welcome to Episode 78 of the Pro-Touring.com Podcast!
We’re simul-posting the show show here on TheMuscleCarPlace.com as well as on Pro-Touring.com so everyone can get their fix.
For those new to the scene, the Pro-Touring.com podcast show is hosted by myself and Larry Callahan, the owner of Pro-Touring.com.
The show is sponsored by the fantastic hot rod wiring supply company, Ron Francis Wiring, and we’re very appreciative that they were our FIRST EVER show sponsor, and the first sponsor to re-sign for 2014!

OUSCI 2014 Winners!
Now that the 2014 Optima Ultimate Streetcar Invitational is in the rear view mirror and (spoiler alert) Danny Popp and his 2003 Corvette have been crowned champion, we decided to dedicate a fun show covering each and ever segment of the event to show just how he won it…because the only individual event he won was was the road course hot lap!
When it was all said and done, Brandon Ranvek (the coolest Evo-driving dentist from Minnesota that you’ll ever meet) won both the autocross and speed stop but lost out to Danny by just .467 points! OUSCI also made history by seeing the first ever Riddler Awarad Winner compete on the track (and he also won the style and design segment)!
Just a reminder that OUSCI is comprised of 5 equal segments consisting of the following:
1) Road Rally Participation
2) Style & Design
3) Autocross
4) Hot Lap (Road Course)
5) Speed Stop
Full OUSCI 2014 Results are available here as well!
Just for fun, I am including a fun video of Stielow running his car on the autocross at OUSCI 2014….at night!
