Today’s Car: Perfectly kept 1970 Nova – Grandma’s Sunday to Church Driver!

Body details

Undercarriage is amazing. There is no fresh undercoating or cheap black paint spray paint to hide any damage or rust! Also, no road salt is used in washington state.
Rear frame rails are solid
Body to subframe mounts are solid
Trunk floor and trunk dropouts are solid
Rockers are solid rear quarters, rear fender wells, and inner quarters are solid
Battery tray and areas underneath are solid
Front inner fenders are solid
Driver side front and rear floor pans are extremely clean and rust free
The only rust is: -very small area, low on passenger front fender dogleg, outside. -low on driver’s side front fender dogleg (barely visible). Both fenders are extremely sound and solid. These spots appear surface only. -front passenger floor pan. Surface rust only with 3 pinholes in the lowest pan groove. The pinholes were weld repaired and the entire interior pan coated with por15. The pan is extremely and solid and does not need replaced. -rear passenger floor pan. One extremely small pinhole. Otherwise, the pan is extremely sound and solid and does not need replaced.

One repaint, approximately 2003 in code 55 champagne gold. Above average driver quality. Very slick, clay barred, and waxed

Brakes stop straight (drum/drum — non/powered) wheel cylinders good, no leaks

This car is very clean. No problems, runs down the road straight, stays cool. Drive it as is on a daily basis or perfect for a warmed up small block or ls swap!
